Thai Shrimp-Coconut Soup

When temperatures are a little cold, drink a pleasant hot soup, nothing more comforting.  The leek-potato soup, in the long run, it’s not very fun. So if you want to get away from it all, without leaving the house, here is the recipe for a delicious Thai coconut shrimp soup (which considered one of the favorite Homemade dishes in a large casserole, fry two shallots, finely chopped in butter. Add a bowl of chicken broth, chopped fresh ginger, a large glass of water and a large brick of coconut milk. Cook slowly.  In parallel, dissect 300 grams of jumbo shrimp, and cut into 3, then add them to the soup.  Then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and small chili. When serving, add the juice of a lime, and that’s it!

The Kebab

Here’s how to make Chinese noodles even better than in the restaurant: in a wok, bring back a little oil; once hot, place 2 chopped chicken fillets, 2 diced carrots, 150 grams of broccoli flowers, 1 finely chopped onion, 70 grams of soybean sprouts and 1 chopped fresh ginger, and mix for 10 minutes. In parallel, boil the water and immerse the Chinese noodles according to the cooking instructions. Once cooked and drained, put them in the wok. Then pour three tablespoons of soy sauce, stir for another 5 minutes, then serve with coriander.
